Using up bananas...

I bought bananas recently, and with watermelon in the house, the bananas weren't being consumed very quickly.  To prevent spoilage, I thought about making banana chocolate chip cake or bread, but we really don't need that right now!  I decided to peel the bananas, cut them in half, & freeze in a baking dish before transferring to a storage bag...we'll use them in smoothies!
Today, the kiddos were wanting a mid-morning snack, so I made a version of my frozen hot chocolate for us to split.
This time, I used 2 frozen banana halves, 2 packets of hot choc. mix, about a cup of milk, and a Tablespoon or so of peanut butter...blended away, and yumminess!  We will definitely be doing that again!
