Apple Harvest

I checked our apple tree yesterday, and decided to snag a few of the big ones.  I ended up with 3 large grocery bags full of apples!  Since daddy was home, I handed baby to him and started cutting & coring.  I prepared 13 quarts for canning with a simple juice of no sugar, just juice, water, and spices.  I had 3 casualties from accidentally touching the jars together, so I still have 10 good quarts.  Plus, I have that many or more apples left uncut!

Ok so are you wanting to sell any of these delicious jars of goodness? If so, I would be honored to be your first customer! And now I am CRAVING apple pie, apple crisp, apple turnovers, apple butter.....geesh I guess my cravings could be worse at this point. :)

I don't know about selling them...I worked FOREVER on them...then, I broke 3 jars on the clumsy!
I wouldn't even know what to charge! Maybe we can work out a trade of some by sometime for your jar of goodness!
