wk 2 progress

I have been walking an hour or more every day(today will be an hr on the elliptical(eek) because it's pouring, like flash flood pouring) and continuing massive water consumption(8-12 glasses/day!). Today I checked my weight and I've lost 2 more lbs! That's 4 so far since the challenge started last Sunday...amazing to me since I've been very snacky. Guess activity is important!
