Body after Baby challenge, end wk 4
The mini challenge for this week was crunches--yay! Just what I wanted 50 crunches=50 pts max/day...Better do some more today! My husband, who isn't doing the challenge, but started working out again, has only been working on it 1 week or two and already has definition in his abs again...jerk! Why is it so easy for him? Oh, yeah...he hasn't given birth to two giant babies! I checked my progress today and am pleasantly surprised, especially since I haven't been very strict in dieting or cardio. Since the beginning of the challenge 4 weeks ago, I have lost 6.5 lbs, 2" in my waist, and 2.5" in my hips...no wonder my pants are falling off!
